Before Sending Your Headset In (Quick Checks)

These quick checks can sometimes save you time and shipping if the issue turns out to be aircraft- or setting-related.

  1. Verify your headset is in the proper mode (Mono or Stereo). Wrong mode = no right audio.
  2. Try your headset in a different position (copilot or passenger seat) to see if the issue follows the headset.
  3. If possible, try the headset in a different aircraft.
